Tumbling & Acro
Feet to Hands. Hands to Feet.

Cartwheels, walkovers, handstands, partner stacks and the famous "washing machine" — tumbling and acro are the floor disciplines, full of the joyful business of getting upside down on purpose.
Floor acro is the oldest circus skill on the planet (it shows up in Minoan frescoes, for goodness' sake) and also the youngest (parkour, freerunning and acro-yoga have all remixed it in the last 20 years). At Roundabout you'll spend half your class on solo work — handstands, walkovers, falls and rolls — and half on partner work, learning to trust someone else's hands enough to stand on them. Both halves take you to the same place: a body that knows where it is in space.
Good fit if…
