Silks one week. Lyra the next. Trapeze the one after. Aerial Mix is how you find out which apparatus your body was secretly waiting for.

Most aerial schools make you choose on day one. Choose what? You haven't hung upside-down on anything yet. Aerial Mix lets you climb the silks on Monday, sit pretty in the lyra on Tuesday and beat your way around a static trapeze by Sunday. By the end of the term, your body has opinions and you have answers.

What you'll learn

  • How to climb a silk without dying (it's easier than it looks — promise)
  • How to invert with grace, not panic
  • The classic shapes: gazelle, bird's nest, mermaid, hip key
  • Conditioning that quietly makes you stronger between classes
  • Spotting language so you can train safely with friends

  • Body awareness when your feet aren't on the ground
  • The vocabulary to learn anything aerial after this
