Make-up Class & Drop Policy
Membership fees reserve your spot in a Roundabout Circus class with limited teacher-to-student ratios.
Make-up tokens
- Missed classes due to sickness or personal reasons are not refundable.
- Students may attend an alternative make-up class with at least 2 hours' notice via the customer portal. For short notice, email or call the office for availability.
- Do not notify via social media — it is not checked frequently.
- Students can also attend an open training session or juggle club using a make-up token.
- Members can have unlimited make-up tokens, providing they give the required 2-hour notice.
- Make-up tokens are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended.
- Students must meet the minimum age and skill requirements for the make-up class (e.g. beginner students cannot join intermediate-advanced classes).
- Make-up classes are available only if member fees are current.
- Availability of space to use make-up tokens is not guaranteed, and fees won't be refunded if a convenient class cannot be found.
- No make-up classes for holiday-intensive program absences or missed private classes.
- Make-up classes can be taken if a suitable class is available.
- Make-up classes are not transferable to siblings, holiday programs, or future-program classes.
- Unused make-up classes are not refundable or credited.
- Once booked, make-up classes cannot be changed. No replacements for missed classes.
Class drops
- All students enrolled in core program classes will have their enrolment rolled over to the next class block throughout the year unless we are informed.
- Parents must notify the office to withdraw from a class.
- Notice is required in writing via email or customer portal before the end of the month.
- If a student stops coming to class without notification, we will attempt to make contact to find out if they want to continue with their membership. After 2 months we will drop the space in the class.
- Verbal notification of students no longer attending classes will not be accepted.
- All students are dropped from classes at the end of Term 4 to allow for the new year timetable and program changes for students graduating to other programs.
