Two long ribbons of stretchy fabric, one rigging point, and you. Climb up. Wrap yourself in. Invert. Drop. Get a little bit addicted.

The first time you successfully climb a silk you'll laugh out loud. The first time you drop from the top, your stomach will leave your body for a half-second and then come back changed. Silks are pure cause and effect — every wrap is a lock that holds you, every drop is the wrap unwinding under tension. You learn the wrap and the magic comes for free.

What you'll learn

  • Foot locks (your first super-power — you can sit in mid-air)
  • The big three climbs: Russian, single-foot lock, scissor
  • How to invert from the floor and from up high
  • Hip keys, gazelle, crucifix — the wraps that build everything
  • Drops! Real, controlled, dramatic drops. When you're ready.

What it builds

  • Lat and back strength — silks reward pulling, not pushing
  • Forearms of legend (your watch-strap will need a new hole)
  • Core control — every wrap is a hollow-body in disguise
  • Calm. The second time you invert you'll already be calmer than the first.

Good fit if…

You've watched a silks act and thought "I want that". You don't need to be strong yet. We'll get you there.

FYI: Beginners don't climb on day one — we start at hip height with foot locks. Your forearms will thank us.
