Membership Policy

At Roundabout Circus, we believe in being clear, fair and transparent. The information below outlines how memberships and payments work so you always know where you stand.

Quick facts

  • Membership has a minimum three-month commitment
  • Fees are charged monthly from February to December
  • Cancellation must be in writing
  • Membership can be paused for up to two months per year
  • Discovery Passes, Casual Classes and Punch Passes are non-refundable once commenced

Membership structure

Membership fees are calculated across approximately 40 teaching weeks per year and divided into 11 equal monthly payments (February to December). This spreads the cost evenly across the year, including school holiday periods.

  • Fees remain consistent during school holiday periods
  • Members may access unlimited make-up classes, subject to availability and accounts being up to date
  • Make-up tokens expire six months from issue

Pro-rata enrolments

If you join partway through a month: the first month is paid in full at enrolment, and a pro-rata adjustment is applied to the second monthly payment.
