Make a splash with Roundabout Circus as we celebrate water, wonder and community at the Central Coast Lakes Festival.
As published in this week's Coast Community News , our studio transforms into an underwater adventure where mermaids mingle with pirates, crabs clap their claws in time, and a fire-spitting sea monster steals the show. This is a feel-good, all-ages circus with colour, rhythm and plenty of heart.
Two shows, two vibes
- Afternoon show: Saturday 15 November, 2:00–3:30 pm. Family-friendly, packed with student performers and special guest professional circus artists.
- Evening show: Saturday 15 November, 6:00–8:00 pm. A slightly longer program that features spectacular fire acts!
What you will see
Expect shimmering aerials, playful physical theatre and a parade of water-world characters. Our students and troupe artists bring the environment to life with hoops, silks and acrobatics that ripple with teamwork and trust. Costumes sparkle, music flows, and the room feels like a tide pool of curiosity. The evening show includes fire artistry that dances like the sun on the water.

It is also our way of honouring local waterways. Lakes and creeks shape the Central Coast, so we use circus imagery to spark conversations about place, community and looking after the environment that we love. This show also helps us fund our free events like play jams and SPIRAL Coast for 2026.
Good to know
- Each show will have some unique acts and some repeat acts. So if you are coming to support a friend who is performing, check if they are in both shows or just one.
- There is mat seating at the front for young kids to get close to the action
- The studio is pram-friendly with accessible entry.
- Parking is available nearby. Please arrive early to settle in.
- The evening show includes fire acts performed outdoors in a controlled area with trained professionals.
